Firestone Complete Auto Care

Seth and Dan saved my life yesterday. I was leaving work, my car was vibrating once I turned it on and the dash said “trac on” without me having a visible traction button. I was able to reach their store safely, where Seth then pulled the code on my car issue. The situation was resolved quickly and for a reasonable price. I’m so grateful!!! Car working perfectly now and am very happy. Would highly recommend this location: friendly & knowledgable staff.

I had the best experience at the Firestone at 864 SE Maynard in Cary, NC today! Dan, the mgr., was so nice and compassionate about my situation (needed to access a part number from a transmission part on the underside of my car). I’ve been here for service a few months ago and Dan and his staff were wonderful then but they were outstanding and lifesavers for me today! They are busy but they took time to hear my concern, care about my situation, and worked me in. The men who work under him were very professional and well spoken as well! Thank you so much! I will be back!

Came in for an inspection and oil change. Folks in the shop were good help with all deals going on and no pushing for more work than needed. Their first concern was ensuring what we need done and the recommendations and WHY! They didn’t pass any smooth tricks over and were friendly. This is my new spot for my car work for sure.

I've taken my family's cars here for a couple of decades for tire, alignment, and brake work. Great folks who genuinely care about the quality of their work and consistently stand behind it. Dan the Service Manager is a stand up guy who takes care of his customers. A shop of this caliber is Busy so it's better to make an appointment rather than walk in.

These people are great people. They truly care about their customers and give them the best auto care. I popped my tire and they were the closest auto shop. Two workers tried to help me get my tire back up so I could make it home, but my tire was done for. They were way past close and the general manager waited with me until I got a ride. As soon as they opened the next day, they gave me a call. They ordered me a new tire & fixed it in a very timely manner. Thank you guys!
